How to delete your account

You can delete your account and related data in your profile after signing in. If you cannot sign in, write from the email connected to the account to info@histamin.io.

What is deleted

We remove your email address, account data, saved reactions, scan history, analysis results, plan data stored in the application, and the profile, points, rewards, and related activity held by the Perkamo loyalty service.

Temporary retention

Some data may be retained for a limited time due to legal, accounting, security, or anti-fraud obligations. After erasure, Perkamo keeps only a pseudonymised internal identifier so a delayed or repeated event cannot recreate the deleted profile.
